Ninja Van Waybill
A waybill is a document that contains all information about a specific parcel.
Businesses use waybills to track their packages and make sure they are delivered smoothly. They also have unique barcodes that are scanned each time a Ninja van delivery happens, which helps us find our customers’ orders quickly.
NinjaVan Delivery Statuses
Staging: Staging means that the company still needs to confirm pickup reservations from their end. Once confirmed, Ninjavan Drivers will pick up your shipment with care.
Pending Pickup: Pending pick up means that the seller has already committed to giving it by a certain time.
Van En-Route To Pickup: Van is on the way to pick up the order.
En-route to Sorting Hub: Order has been picked up and is on the way to ninja van sorting hub.
Arrived at Sorting Hub: The parcel has arrived at the sorting hun=b.
On Vehicle for Delivery: The order is en route to delivery.
Completed: The order has been delivered
Pending Reschedule: Delivery has failed and is pending another attempt. The receiver can reschedule the delivery.
Pickup fail Pickup not done and pending another attempt.
Canceled: Order has been canceled.
Arrived at Distribution Point: The parcel has arrived at the distribution point. Now it will be delivered to the given address or the receiver can pick it up himself.
Pending Pickup at Distribution Point: The parcel has been placed at the Distribution Point by the seller for the Ninjavan collection.
Transfer to 3PL (3rd party logistic): The order has been handed over to a 3rd party logistics company. It is a cross-border or international term.
Returned to Sender: The order has been sent back to the sender. It could be due to many reasons.

Ninja Van is a Singapore logistics company that engages in last-mile delivery and package sorting. The firm has ASEAN warehouses, including one for its main hub of operations (Singapore). It also operates outposts across Indonesia. It houses many e-commerce businesses such as Lazada Express, Tokopedia, and Shopee under Alibaba Groups. They use vehicle routing problem algorithms to improve delivery routes for e-commerce firms.
In 2014, three Singaporeans Lai Chang Wen, Shaun Chong, and Tan Boxian founded Ninja Van to solve the issue of bulky and space-inefficient shipping. The company is unique because it runs on a hub and spoke system rather than point-to-point transportation like other ride-sharing services.
In 2019, it delivered an average of one million parcels a day around the ASEAN region. In 2020 when COVID-19 hit Singapore hard with its pandemic effect on global trade routes and transportation infrastructure, Ninja Van saw three times as many shipments come through their doors. And also Malaysia’s parcel volume increased by 2 times due to increasing social commerce transactions that were conducted online.

How long is Ninjavan delivery?
Deliveries will occur within the specified window (1-3 days or the next day) following the pickup date. If no timeslot is selected, delivery will occur between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. Except for same-day delivery, delivery will begin the next business day after pickup.
